Coincidence?
 

I’m not sure.

But let’s be real – how often does Shape Magazine feature articles advocating weight gain? The fact that this particular issue arrived on my door step the same day I blogged about my own difficult decision to stop working out literally gave me chills. Though I’m not a superstitious person in the least, for some reason I really feel like this article is serving as a sign and sense of reassurance that I am doing the right thing for myself and my health.

Or perhaps it really was a mere coincidence. Regardless, I ‘m just going to choose to believe it was something more powerful than that – so please don’t rain on my parade with your rationality, kay?

What are your thoughts on “signs” vs. coincidences? Is there a specific time you can recall when you life was touched by fate?

p.s. I apologize if anyone else now has Ace of Base stuck in their head. I do and it’s killing me…in a good way.
