After cooking this, I was surprised how thick and creamy it was. It was almost as if a giant block of cheese was put on some noodles and allowed to melt. After taking a bite, I was impressed. It had a mild cheddar flavor, and I felt as if it needed an extra sprinkle of salt. I noticed as I ate, the macaroni and cheese thickened up even more. This tasted like delicious homemade macaroni and cheese!
