A nutritious and healthier cereal (compare ingredients and nutritional information with Life) and you'll see that is not overly sweet and that my 18 month absolutely loves. Gets a little mushy in milk, but for me that's a plus. A calorie conscious, all natural, no preservative cereal that's good for the WHOLE family!
