Nature's Path Organic Crunchy Vanilla Sunrise- a light and tasty way to start the day! This gluten free cereal certainly was crunchy and crispy. Inside I found tiny pale white balls, (which were airy and actually quite cute!), along with larger, yellow balls, and crunchy and sweet flakes. I liked how the vanilla flavor was certainly there, but wasn't overpowering. It actually sort of reminded me of a vanilla bean flavor, or a mild vanilla icing. Overall, an enjoyable, sweet and crunchy cereal! I ate it dry, and liked every bit. The only downside to me was that a serving size is 2/3 of a cup, as I prefer bigger portion sizes when it comes to cereal. However, I loved that for one serving, there was only 7 grams of sugar and 3 grams of fiber!
