(My rating 4, overall rating 3) Wine felt young and bit sparking – it was slightly effervescent giving a lot of “freshness” and “punch” to the taste. It was definitely wine with a (rambunctious) personality that was alluring for some but putting off to other tasters. i.e the people who didn’t like it said it was very “sour” and acidic. Those who loved it called it “tart, dry, tangy and refreshing”. We should also note that it has sediment in it which was kinda cool, giving it a cloudy appearance. We gave it a 3 but it should be noted that this was an average score between the”2”s who did not particularly cared for it and “4” who loved it.
