Although I am a fan of the grainy texture of these veggie burgers, I don't love the taste. They are kind of bland, with the grains and mushrooms overpowering the other ingredients. They are, however, preservative free, trans fat free and have a fair amount of protein. I recommend adding some ketchup, mustard, or tomato sauce for seasoning.
