This Roasted Red Pepper Hommus (yes, it is spelled correctly) elicited STRONG response from the Only Natural Food Review board...both positive and negative. It was like the presidential debates all over again, each sticking to their very opinionated sides. The positive: I just love this hommus, a good blend of tangy and sweet red pepper. A perfect low calorie dip for veggies or even as a spread on salmon. On the reverse was the pepper was difficult to detect and nothing special. So call us bi-polar. At any rate, this writer says worth a try!
