At first this chocolate was smooth and sweet, and I kind of liked it. However, as I continued to eat it, I noticed it had somewhat of an aftertaste. I have eaten sugar-free chocolate before, and found that sometimes it has an aftertaste. The aftertaste of the EnjoyLife Foods bar was kind of the same as a piece of sugar-free chocolate would have. I also thought it was a bit strange how it had a milk-like taste to it, despite the fact that it was dairy free. Overall, it was pretty good, but not my favorite.
