Before even eating it, I couldn't help but notice how adorable the package of this pudding was- a cartoon cow! After I took a pudding cup out, I noticed that it was a bit on the small side. Upon first bite, I noticed it was rather thick and creamy, with kind of a combination of a gel/pudding consistency. I thought it had more of a vanilla flavor, with strawberry undertones, and really wasn't that sweet. I also thought it had a slight aftertaste, but not too overpowering. I enjoyed it with some whipped cream and strawberries.
