19 oz organic lean ground turkey 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1/2 cup diced onions 2 green onions diced finely 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh spinach 1/2 cup celery finely chopped 2 egg whites, lightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 red pepper flakes to taste 2 tbsp. Flax Meal (optional)


1. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onions*, spinach, celery, egg whites, minced garlic, Worcestershire, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. I also add a couple shakes of red pepper flakes because we like them spicy...optional. Form into 6 patties. Saute the onions & green onions before adding them to the turkey to soften them up. 2. Cook the patties in a frying pan (spray well with cooking spray) over medium heat. Be sure to get the internal temperature to 180 degrees F. Yum!
