These tangy turkey burgers are anything but boring: The feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, and yogurt add a zesty Mediterranean flavor.

1 1/2 lb ground turkey breast 4 oz diced sundried tomatoes 4 oz crumbled feta cheese 4 large sesame seed buns 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 medium sliced tomato 1/2 tsp seasoning salt


Mix turkey, cheese, sundried tomatoes, and salt in a large bowl. Add nonstick spray to large skillet or pan, pre-heated to medium. Form four large patties and cook until burger is fully cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes each side.

Place turkey burger on bun and top each with ¼ cup yogurt and two tomato slices.
