I eat too much

I have tried every diet out there, Weight Watchers, South Beach, Jenny Craig and Spark People. And it's always the same thing...I diet, I lose, I diet, I lose and even now I am munching on some Riceworks Brown Rice crisps.  So I decided, VERY PUBLICLY, to post my food journal, one more to log my journey.  And I also decided to try natural food, because it's like, maybe there is something to all those preservatives that are making me gain weight?  (well, it's a thought).
So, a little about me:  I am fortyish (the ish can swing either way) and weigh, OK,  enough to lose 10 or 20 lbs.   I know it's not the biggest thing to want to lose 10 pounds, but you know what?  I used to weight 120.  So it seems with every year, I gain 1 or 2, which means more and more and yes, guessed it MORE.  I ain't getting any younger, so it's MY time now baby!

Day 11: The Only Natural Diet-- Only Natural Wine is Awesome

Thursday, March 25, 2010 10:35:39 PM
So, it's Thursday and generally the day I stop.  Counting.  But I did and I was OK for a while.  And generally, I know that I post these awesome All Natural salads, like this one:
with grapes, fantastic anti-oxidents, and papaya, and chicken and snow peas, but then I have those 3 "samples" of Organic wine from Spain and France, there was nothing NOT yummy about all of them, and my let's say 200 cals of snacks and well, they all add up. OK, let's see:  I am not posting the whole friggin' calorie chart but it breaks down to same breakfast, lunch, not bad-- I am only guessing at the tbsp of olive oils as dressing, but it looks healthy-- and comes in at about 350 calories.  It's the dinner, and I ate like CRAP:  2 pieces matzoh and butter, 10 oz of wine, and a taste of this Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet substitute cheese-- takes some getting used to be you DO get used to it.  Anyway, I am hoping NOT to spoil the whole weekend..  So there you have it.  Under 1500.  I know it's a 1200 day consistently to take it off. Oh well, tomorrow is a WORKOUT. Perhaps.
