I eat too much

I have tried every diet out there, Weight Watchers, South Beach, Jenny Craig and Spark People. And it's always the same thing...I diet, I lose, I diet, I lose and even now I am munching on some Riceworks Brown Rice crisps.  So I decided, VERY PUBLICLY, to post my food journal, one more to log my journey.  And I also decided to try natural food, because it's like, maybe there is something to all those preservatives that are making me gain weight?  (well, it's a thought).
So, a little about me:  I am fortyish (the ish can swing either way) and weigh, OK,  enough to lose 10 or 20 lbs.   I know it's not the biggest thing to want to lose 10 pounds, but you know what?  I used to weight 120.  So it seems with every year, I gain 1 or 2, which means more and more and yes, guessed it MORE.  I ain't getting any younger, so it's MY time now baby!

 

The Only Natural Diet: Day 10--it's been a long 10 days

So, I get home from work feeling pretty good about myself, until I see that I get this in the mail:

And I'm like is THIS supposed to make me feel good?  Like I would EVER be able to fit in these?  And if this is what is supposed to get me to go into Bergdorf's, I'm like NEVER going there! Because basically the only type of people who can EVER fit into those jeans is Victoria or my 12 year old daughter.  But, at any rate, I haven't tracked all day today, so here it goes:

Well I GUESS it's under 1400 and I did work out today and according to the lifecycle burned 150 calories.  I just can't seem to stay away from this: but it is all NATURAL CHOCOLATE and it's 60% cocao, which is supposed to be good for you, right?  HELL YES!  and the lunch looked pretty good too.   Anyway, lunch looked like this:

And it's like WHO am I kidding?  Unless the scale goes down, and the clothes fit loser, you can't go on calories alone, now can you?  But I AM calling this an UNDER 1400 calorie day.  So there.
