After cooking this meal, the first thing I tried was the peas and the corn. Almost instantly I noticed a texture problem- these were somewhat mushy. They had a uniform texture, and I couldn't tell in my mouth which was a pea and which was a kernel of corn. However, the taste was flavorful and the peas were slightly sweet. Next up, I tried the mashed potatoes. The portion size was a bit small, but these were light and fluffy, and had a slightly salty taste. The flavor reminded me of thick wedge french fries. Lastly, the loaf was dense, chewy and had a bunch of vegetables in it. There was a slight black pepper flavor, as well as a taste of garlic. There also was some tomato flavor. Overall, a pretty good meal.
