When I first opened the box, I was a bit disappointed- these bars are small! I would say the size was about as long as my pointer finger, and as wide as two of my fingers. However, I decided to give the bar a try anyway. It was dense and chewy, and had little bits of crispy rice in them which added texture. The bar was sweet, but not sugary tasting, which was a plus. I could certainly taste apple flavor as well, which I enjoyed. I couldn't help but notice how much this bar reminded me of the flavor of Quaker Apple Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal- a plus in my eyes. Overall, even though it's small, it was quite tasty, and gluten free too!
