Well, doesn't really seem that much different than regular deli turkey except this company cares... cares about the turkeys that are all raised humanely without hormones or antibiotics, and none of Applegate Farms products have nitrates or preservatives. While I usually don't eat cold cuts, the convenience of this and the natural production of the turkey, makes me feel really comfortable serving this to my family or eating it for a light dinner or lunch.
