There is a reason this is called NASTY...and that's because it has the bite of a very mean bull dog! While the taste is delicious, you better be prepared for the hot, hot taste to come and give you a good swift kick in the taste buds. Since I really am more of a sweet and sour gal myself, I give this a 3 because the bite over powers it's bark. But if you like hot, this is the ONE for you. I actually mixed it in my chicken recipes and it really was perfect when cut a bit. (For me that is!)
