A fragrant, blueberry smell emerged once I opened the package of this bar that seemed tiny, but was actually quite satisfying. Upon the first bite, I thought it was pretty sweet, but not sugary tasting. The flavor actually reminded me of a blueberry pie filling, or perhaps even blueberry syrup. The consistency was chewy and crunchy and quite enjoyable. The almonds tasted fresh and were actually decently sized. Overall, a it was a pretty good bar, but just a bit high in sugar.
