Grilled Spiced Apple Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Ingredients

3 lbs chicken breasts, thighs and drumsticks 1 Tbs fresh chopped ginger 4 cloves cloves, chopped 1 each medium red onion, chopped 1 each 3 habaneros or jalapenos stemmed and seeded (use gloves) 2 Tbs soy sauce 3 Tbs olive oil 1 Tbs salt 2 tsp ground black pepper 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg 2 cups R.W. Knudsen Cider and Spice

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Put chicken into a couple of large zip lock bags and divide marinade between them. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat gas grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill until chicken is cooked through and well browned on all sides, 20-30 minutes.
