Ingredients

1 cup onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 cups cooked turkey, diced 1 Tbs olive oil 1 can (1.45 oz.) Del Monte Organic Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano 3 cups ups College Inn Organic Chicken Broth 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte Organic Cut Green Beans (drained) 1 tbs fresh basil, chopped 1 tbs parmesan cheese

Preparation

In a large saucepan cook onion, garlic and turkey in oil until onion is tender. Add broth and undrained tomatoes. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 min. Add green beans; heat through. Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese. Serve with whole wheat dinner rolls or bread sticks, if desired.
