Ingredients

1 each medium onion finely chopped 1 each small carrot, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 Tbs fresh rosemary, minced 1 cups ups water 1 cup cooked ham, diced 3/4 cup dry lentils 3 cups ups College Inn® Organic Chicken Broth 1 oz 5 oz can Del Monte® Organic Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano 1 oz oz can Del Monte® Organic Sweet Peas (drained) 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup dry sherry (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except peas, mustard and sherry in 4-qt. saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour. Stir in peas, mustard and sherry.
