Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries 1 banana, sliced 6 oz Brown Cow low fat strawberry yogurt 3/4 cup 1% milk

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender on highest setting and blend until smooth. Add more or less milk depending on how thick you like your smoothie. Pour into 16 oz glass/cup or 2- 8 oz cups.
